About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on marketer to take ownership of our pipeline engine. You'll inherit a functioning set of channels and a real budget — your mandate is to bring structure, accelerate what's already working, and identify the next big growth lever.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline across paid, organic, events, LinkedIn, and partnership channels
• Campaign strategy and execution for product launches and major initiatives
• Day-to-day marketing operations: website, social, content, and email
• Reporting, attribution, and workflow management in HubSpot
• Partner and content marketing programs that expand reach and brand awareness

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen, growth, or performance marketing
• Track record of managing meaningful budgets and delivering measurable pipeline
• Strong analytical instincts — you make decisions from data, not gut alone
• Comfortable owning a wide remit independently in a fast-moving environment
• Experience with paid media and multi-channel demand generation tactics

Required Skills

• Ecommerce or DTC ecosystem experience
• HubSpot power user
• Content or product marketing background
• Early-stage startup experience
• ABM or upmarket/enterprise motions
