Get to Know the Role

As a Staff Executive in the Demand Planning team, you will establish yourself as a trusted partner and collaborator to key stakeholders by delivering accurate demand forecasts and actionable insights that improve planning decisions. Your reporting and dashboards will enhance visibility across the supply chain, enabling the Sales, Operations, Supply Planning teams and other Business Units to anticipate risks and respond quickly to changes in customer demand. Most importantly, you will play a key role in leading S&OP and S&OE processes, ensuring business, demand, and supply plans remain aligned to support operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consolidated unconstrained demand plan based on customer forecasts, firm orders, market/business inputs and other demand signals.
• Analyse demand changes, assumptions, risks and opportunities, including forecast-to-order conversion, pull-ins, pushouts and cancellations, and communicate significant changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate the Demand Planning process and support S&OP / S&OE by preparing demand reviews, scenarios and management insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Planning, Supply Planning and Operations to support demand-supply reconciliation and business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain supply-chain analytics, dashboards and management reporting using Power BI, Excel and other relevant tools.
• Act as the process owner for Order Management, driving process governance, standardization, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement across relevant functions.
• Provide backup support for Supply Planning activities when required, including demand-supply balancing, capacity/inventory analysis, production and delivery planning, to ensure business continuity.
• Support APS implementation, process digitalization, data validation and continuous improvement initiatives across Global Supply Chain.
• Support ad hoc business analysis and management reporting requirements.

Skills and Competencies Profile

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Business Analytics, or a related function.
• Experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of S&OP, demand forecasting, and supply chain planning processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within global, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query, Pivot Tables, lookups, data modelling).
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, D365, Oracle, etc.).
• Understanding of forecasting methodologies, statistical analysis, and supply chain KPIs.
• Experience with APS, Demand Planning, or IBP platforms is advantageous.

Travel Requirement:

• Occasional travel may be required to support regional supply chain initiatives and cross-site collaboration.
