Senior Deployment Program Manager

Who you are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Business, or other related fields
• 5+ years of professional experience in project or program management; maintain end-to-end accountability for a portfolio of 1-3 concurrent projects, leading each project through the full lifecycle - from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and controlling and closeout while ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, resource and stakeholder objectives
• Experience leading deployments of robotics, automation or other innovative technologies in warehouses, manufacturing, or healthcare sectors
• Strong understanding of robotic systems, automation, hardware/software integration, and related deployment methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and repeatable processes
• Proven experience building strong customer relationships built on trust and reliability
• Skilled in creating detailed operational workflows, training materials, and documentation
• Willingness to travel (30-60%) for customer visits and onsite implementation activities
• Highly motivated, thriving in fast-paced and collaborative environments
• Must have and maintain US work authorization
• Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field
• Experience working with early technology in a startup environment
• Successfully introduced multiple robotic systems into pathways through production
• Experience with systems integration and architecture
• Prior experience in managing concurrent pilot programs
• Innovative problem-solving skills, with experience in streamlining deployment processes

• Oversee onsite testing and preparation of robot fleet
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams (engineering, solutions, operations, and customer sales) to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables
• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient deployment
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges
• Collaborate with external customers to understand their specific requirements, provide technical expertise, and offer solutions that meet their operational needs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout conducting internal lessons learned and documenting proposed process changes
