Senior Design Engineer Base Chassis

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责/Key Responsibilities 1、深入理解卡车或乘用车底盘的结构及功能，能够根据载荷、空间、强度等性能需求设计车架。 Understand the structure and function of the basic chassis, with good capacity of designing the whole frame according to the needs, such as load, package, strength, stiffness, etc. 2、熟悉底盘的开发流程，熟悉冲压件、铸造件的生产过程及性能差异及适用场景。 Familiar with the whole developing process and the manufacturing process of the sheet metal and casting parts and different assembly processes. 3、对于材料力学，结构力学，机械设计有充分理解，能够分析在不同工况下零件的受力及耐久性能。 Proficient in the theories of material mechanics, structural mechanics, mechanical design, etc, and able to analyze the stress, strain and fatigue life of the frame under various fatigue conditions. 4、能够应用FEA软件进行性能分析。 Ability to conduct FEA like GAS in CATIA, Abaqus, HyperMesh, ANSYS, MBS, SimSolid, etc.

任职要求/Qualifications 1、机械工程/车辆工程硕士及以上学历，5年以上底盘结构件开发经验 MSc in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering with 5+ years in chassis structure parts development 2、精通底盘结构设计 Expertise in chassis structural design 3、熟练使用CATIA、ANSYS等设计/仿真工具，具备多体动力学（MBD）分析经验

Proficient in CATIA/ANSYS with multi-body dynamics (MBD) simulation experience 4、英语流利 Fluent English for technical documentation and global collaboration 优先条件/Preferred Skills 1、新能源商用车底盘开发经验（纯电/燃料电池车型适配） Experience in new engergy chassis development (BEV/FCEV adaptation) 2、有创新思维 Ability to design new concepts or structures
