Senior Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities -

Candidate should have experience on Autodesk Inventor / SolidWorks.

• Good knowledge in fabrication and piping.
• Selection of piping, tubing & fitting as per ASME, ANSI, DIN, IS standards.
• Perform pressure drop & flow calculation, pipe calculation etc.
• Prepare Fabrication BOM, Prepare P&ID & GA drawing.
• 2D drafting on AutoCAD and 3D modeling on Inventor/ Solidworks
• Review the 3D model & Compare 3D model to P&ID
• Monitor work process and support shop floor activities
• Provide technical support to Application, Quality, Production, Purchase & Store departments,
• Responsible for engineering documentation & project status records
• Reporting to the manager for project updates, and variation in scope for project.
• Participate internal & external audit

Basic requirements are

1. Proficient in Inventor & Solidworks 3D, Autocad 2D

2. Knowledge of Skid design, Piping with fabrication & its STD
