Senior Design Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead design projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Conduct DFMEA, APQP, ECR, Root Cause Analysis, VAVE studies to improve product quality and reduce costs.
• Develop cost reduction strategies through process improvements and material selection.

Job Requirements :

• 6-10 years of experience in senior design engineer role in the auto components industry.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks software for designing complex mechanical parts.
• Strong understanding of costing principles for effective budget management.
• Experience with problem-solving techniques such as 8D Problem Solving.
