Sadbhav Futuretech Limited is hiring an experienced Senior Design Engineer Electrical for our Solar EPC / Renewable Energy business.

If you have strong experience in Utility-Scale Ground Mounted Solar, HT Systems, Switchyard & Transmission Design, this is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design activities for Utility-Scale Ground Mounted Solar Projects.
• Prepare and review SLDs, Electrical Layouts, Cable Routing, Earthing & Lightning Protection Drawings.
• Design HT Networks (11kV/33kV), Switchyards and Transmission Interfaces.
• Handle electrical design calculations including Cable Sizing, Voltage Drop, Short Circuit, Earthing and Lightning Protection.
• Prepare Transformer Sizing, Equipment Selection and Electrical BOQs.
• Review Vendor Drawings, Technical Specifications and Equipment Documents.
• Coordinate with Civil, Procurement, Projects, Planning and QA/QC teams.
• Coordinate on DISCOM / STU / CTU requirements and Grid Connectivity.
• Provide technical support during project execution and site activities.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable IS, IEC, CEA and utility standards.

Ideal Candidate

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 7 to 15+ years of relevant experience in Electrical Design / Solar EPC.
• Strong experience in Utility-Scale Ground Mounted Solar Projects.
• Hands-on exposure to HT Infrastructure, Switchyards and Transmission Systems.
• Good understanding of electrical engineering calculations and design deliverables.
• Strong coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
