Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Engineer with expertise in machining components, jigs, fixtures, and tooling design to develop accurate, cost-effective, and manufacturing-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop machining components, jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
• Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings, 3D models, GD&T, and tolerance specifications.
• Ensure design feasibility for CNC, VMC, and HMC machining operations.
• Interpret customer drawings and resolve design-related production issues.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Tool Room teams.
• Improve designs for machining accuracy, cost reduction, and cycle-time optimisation.

Mandatory Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in machining design, tooling, jigs, or fixtures.
• Strong knowledge of CNC, VMC, and HMC machining processes.
• Hands-on experience with GD&T, engineering drawings, tolerances, and CAD software.
