What they need
Senior Design Manager / Design Manager
- Degree / High Diploma or above in architecture / engineering disciplines
- Over 12 years’ experience in facade / curtain wall design and fabrication, at least 5 years in supervisory / managerial level
- Strong leadership, management, and critical thinking skills
- Capable for schedule control
- Keen sense on shop drawing analysis and arrangements
- Capable for effective communications
- Great skill for hand sketches for design illustrations
- Good sense of work delegation and monitoring
- Experience on MS Project
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD for guiding effective cad application
- Valuable experience on site construction problems
- Sensitive to design changes and contractual claim
- Applicants with less experience will consider for the post of Design Manager
