Senior Design Quality Engineer/造型设计质量岗

Job Responsibilities:

• Review the quality of engineering inputs; align Engineering, Design, and Quality to reach multi-party consensus, and support the implementation of styling proposals.
• Collaborate with Dimensional Engineering and Manufacturing Process, and propose improvement suggestions for craftsmanship refinement.
• Inspect the data and models at each stage of vehicle development; compile the quality issue list, drive improvement solutions, and follow up on physical verification.
• Participate in physical-vehicle verification and quality reviews, formulate design improvement strategies, and ensure quality targets are met.
• Analyze user feedback, summarize development experience, and update design quality standards.

岗位描述：

• 负责审核工程输入质量，拉通工程、设计、质量达成多方合议，支持造型方案落地；
• 负责协同尺寸工程、制造工艺，提出精致工艺改善建议。 负责对整车开发中各阶段数据和模型进行检查，汇总质量问题清单、推动方案改善、追踪实物验证；
• 负责参与实车验证及质量评审，制定设计改善策略，确保质量目标达成；
• 负责分析用户反馈，总结开发经验，更新设计质量标准。
