SENIOR DESIGNER, CREATIVE SERVICES

PORTFOLIO REQUIRED WITH APPLICATION

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Designer develops and delivers off-air, digital, and social creative from concept through completion. This role partners with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Art Directors, content producers, and creative leads to create strong, effective design work across WWE platforms and programming. The Senior Designer must be available for night and weekend coverage of live shows on a rotating basis, including work outside of regular business hours when show support is required.

SCHEDULE EXPECTATION

This position is based out of our Stamford, CT office. However night and weekend coverage for shows is required on a rotating basis, with the flexibility to work remotely during those days. Coverage will include live show support outside of regular business hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with Creative Directors, Copywriters, and Art Directors to develop off-air and digital/social creative from concept through completion.

• Produce graphics and imagery for WWE websites and Network platforms.

• Create headers, thumbnails, icons, and related assets for YouTube.

• Partner with content producers and creative leads to support video content.

• Provide night and weekend coverage for live shows on a rotating basis, supporting show-related creative needs outside of regular business hours.

• Develop multiple concepts that deliver strategic creative solutions.

• Promote design and visual ideas that are fresh, original, and feature unexpected elements.

• Collaborate with Production to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time.

• Stay current on the latest techniques in design, graphics, layout, typography, and photography, and seek new and innovative approaches.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with creative partners and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Maintain a strong working knowledge of WWE programs, characters, storylines, and products.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• 1+ years of related experience as a Designer, with a focus on off-air creative.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and design, with a focus on logo development and typography.

• Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; After Effects experience is a plus.

• Portfolio demonstrating cutting-edge print work that stands out from the clutter, fresh thinking, and a creative approach to problem-solving.

• Conceptual thinker with strong visual judgment and attention to detail.

• Proactive team player and problem solver who can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• Must include a link to an online portfolio or website demonstrating design talent and skill set.

Work environment: This position supports a live entertainment environment and requires flexibility to work nights and weekends when scheduled for show coverage.
