Senior Designer (Digital & Event)

We are looking for a creative powerhouse and visual storyteller to join our team as a Senior Designer. You don't just make things look beautiful—you know how to craft a visual narrative that captivates audiences and wins over clients. With a strong agency background, you will lead projects from conceptualization to execution, acting as a bridge between high-level creative ideation and impactful, on-the-ground design delivery.

What You Will Do

• Visual Storytelling & Key Visuals: Lead the ideation and development of stunning Key Visuals (KV) and graphic designs from concept through production. Translate complex client briefs into compelling visual stories that leave a lasting impression.
• Client-Facing & Pitch Support: Actively participate in client meetings and pitches. You will confidently present, articulate, and defend your design ideas, using your storytelling skills to win over stakeholders and brands.
• Brand Campaign Excellence: Conceptualise and execute visually striking designs across a wide variety of mediums (online and offline, e.g., Digital Campaign, O2O Campaign, POSM design). Ensure all creative work effectively communicates the brand's unique positioning.
• Digital Agility & Efficiency: Maintain brand styles across all creatives while supporting daily digital updates. Transform your top-tier designs into robust Figma templates and components to empower our marketing and editorial teams for rapid, on-brand content creation.
• Project Leadership: Manage multiple agency projects simultaneously, working efficiently to meet tight deadlines while collaborating closely with cross-functional project management and tech teams.

What We Are Looking For

• Agency Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Designer / Senior Designer within a creative, digital, or integrated marketing agency.
• Master Presenter: Exceptional communication and client-facing skills. You are comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and presenting your creative vision directly to clients.
• Design All-Rounder: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual thinking, master-level Key Visual (KV) design, and a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• UI/UX & O2O Sensibility: Solid understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles. You know how to design intuitive, engaging interfaces for digital marketing campaigns, web experiences, and interactive O2O (Online-to-Offline) physical installations.
• AI Savvy: You are curious about or already utilizing AI tools to streamline your workflow and spark new ideas. You are also highly skilled in Figma, knowing how to build user-friendly templates, libraries, and design systems for seamless team collaboration.
• Ownership Mindset: You possess a strong sense of ownership. You don't just "do the task"; you care deeply about the final impact of the project and possess a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Good to Have

• 3D Rendering & Event Design: Solid experience developing event design concepts (exhibition booths, stage backdrops, POP materials). Proficiency in 3D design and rendering software to create realistic spatial mockups and visualize proposed designs for client pitches is a massive advantage.
• Production Knowledge: Strong understanding of output/print production and video shooting/multimedia workflows.
