1. Senior Designer / Project Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership & Presentation: Translate client visions and business goals into innovative corporate interior designs. Lead compelling client presentations and pitches that articulate spatial concepts and design narratives clearly.
• Creative Thinking & Storytelling: Develop creative conceptual ideas, bespoke design solutions, and visual narratives that reflect each client's distinct corporate image and workplace culture.
• Client Collaboration & Adaptive Design: Serve as an attentive listener to understand client feedback, translating their input into refined design concepts, material choices, and cost-effective solutions without compromising design integrity.
• Sustainable Design & Wellness Integration: Incorporate sustainable design practices, healthy material selections, and workplace wellness standards (e.g., ESG goals, air quality, acoustic performance) into design proposals.
• Project Execution & Site Leadership: Lead end-to-end project delivery—from initial pitching, spatial planning (compliant with HK statutory regulations and house rules), design development, and material selection to budget evaluation and technical alignment with internal project/construction teams. Drive weekly on-site meetings through to practical completion.
• Vendor & Technical Governance: Lead technical reviews with specialist trade vendors, millwork fabricators, MEP sub-contractors, and material suppliers to evaluate shop drawings, MEP layouts, mock-ups, and custom detailing for buildability and quality assurance.
• Contract & Cost Management: Oversee construction procedures, contract documentation, variation control, and cost management in alignment with client requirements through to final account settlement.
• Autonomous Execution & Time Governance: Manage time effectively across competing project priorities, working autonomously to meet critical deadlines without compromising design or execution quality.
• Client Relationship & Post-Handover Care: Maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients beyond practical completion, assisting with post-occupancy fine-tuning, move-in coordination.
• Business & Strategy: Partner closely with the Design Director to generate potential design & build project leads and align with strategic business goals.
• Team Synergy & Mentorship: Drive multitasking workflows, mentor junior interior designers / draftmans, and foster a dynamic, collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Degree / High-Diploma holder in Interior Design or related disciplines.
• Proven track record in corporate office / workplace and commercial interior design.
• Exceptional aesthetic sense with strong self-motivation drive.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-ray, 3ds Max, Photoshop and MS Office.
• Generally 8 to 10+ years of professional experience in interior design or specialized sectors like hospitality, retail, or corporate workspaces.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Interior Designer.

2. Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Communication: Organize and lead client meetings, accurately capture technical discussions, prepare concise meeting minutes, and drive timely follow-ups on action items.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Coordinate end-to-end project delivery from initial design and construction through to final site handover and project close-out.
• Contract, Cost & Technical Governance: Oversee construction procedures, technical coordination, contract documentation, and project variations to ensure strict budget and scope control.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate seamlessly between clients, design teams, lead consultants, key stakeholders, landlords, and sub-contractors to ensure on-time project execution.
• Programme & Risk Management: Monitor master project schedules, identify site risks early, establish comprehensive safety protocols, and execute proactive mitigation measures.
• Technical Integration & Sourcing: Lead research and procurement for bespoke fit-out solutions, specify structural/installation methods, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Action Ownership & Accountability: Take full ownership of project milestones, track site progress continuously, and guarantee all deliverables are completed on schedule.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Services Studies, Interior Design, Project and Construction Management, or technical disciplines.
• At least 5 years of site coordination experience in corporate interior design / office fit-out projects.
• Strong hands-on coordination skills with consultants, MEP vendors, and sub-contractors.
• Professional Safety Certificate is a distinct advantage.
