About the Role

We're looking for an experienced senior designer to join our growing team and take on a leadership role within our graphic designers dubai and design department. In this position, we'll rely on you to guide projects from concept through final production, ensuring every design meets our quality standards while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table. You'll work closely with our production team and clients to make sure each project reflects both brand identity and craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

• Lead design projects from concept to final production across print and promotional items

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements

• Mentor and guide junior designers within the team

• Ensure consistent quality and attention to detail across all deliverables

• Stay updated on design trends and production techniques

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs translate well into final products

• Experience: 2+ years as a graphic designer, ideally in a social media or creative agency

• Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Figma or Canva is a plus.

• Portfolio: Strong, platform-native social media work (posts, carousels, stories, reels, ads)

• Mindset: Creative, detail-oriented, and up to date with design and social trends

• Work style: Organized, comfortable with tight deadlines and multiple client accounts

• Teamwork: Clear communicator who works well with social media managers and writers

• Bonus: Motion graphics, video editing, Arabic fluency, and UAE market knowledge
