Senior Developer & Project Manager – Digital Twin

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Developer cum Project Manager who combines strong hands-on software development capabilities with proven experience in Digital Twin projects.

Mandatory Requirement

Previous hands-on experience in a Digital Twin project is compulsory.

Candidates without Digital Twin implementation/development experience are requested not to apply.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate must have:

• Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience
• Proven experience working on Digital Twin projects
• Previous responsibility as a Team Leader, Technical Lead, or Project Lead
• Strong hands-on development background — this is not a purely managerial position
• Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into technical architecture, development tasks, and implementation plans
• Experience managing developers, integration teams, vendors, and project deliverables
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confidence in presenting technical solutions, architecture, project status, and demonstrations directly to customers and senior stakeholders
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

Technical Background – Either of the Following

Option 1 – Senior Backend Developer

Strong experience in:

• Backend application development
• REST APIs / Web Services
• API integration and middleware
• Databases and data architecture
• Real-time / near-real-time data integration
• Third-party system integration
• Cloud and/or on-premise deployment
• Integration of Digital Twin platforms with external systems

OR

Option 2 – Senior AI/ML Developer

Strong experience in:

• AI/ML development
• Computer Vision and/or Vision AI
• LLM / Generative AI integration
• Data analytics and predictive models
• AI API development and integration
• Integration of AI capabilities within Digital Twin environments

Digital Twin Experience

Candidates should have practical exposure to Digital Twin projects involving one or more of the following:

3D Digital Twin | IoT | BMS | CCTV | Access Control | Facilities Management | Smart Buildings | Smart Cities | Asset Monitoring | Real-Time Data | AI Analytics | Predictive Analytics | API/Middleware Integration | Command & Control Platforms

Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, NVIDIA Omniverse, Azure Digital Twins, AWS IoT TwinMaker, or similar Digital Twin/3D visualization platforms will be an advantage.

Project Leadership Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be expected to:

• Lead Digital Twin projects from technical design through implementation
• Coordinate development, AI, 3D, API, infrastructure, and integration teams
• Prepare solution architecture and integration strategy
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and technical risks
• Conduct customer meetings, technical workshops, and presentations
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for API and system integrations
• Review development quality and ensure timely delivery
• Participate hands-on in development and technical problem-solving when required
• Manage UAT, deployment, commissioning, documentation, and handover

You have 6+ years of professional development experience, have previously worked as a Team Lead/Project Lead, and have actual Digital Twin project experience.

Candidates with only project management experience and no strong development background will not be considered.

Candidates with strong development experience but no Digital Twin project exposure will also not be considered.
