Senior Developer / Architect

About the Role

Vected Technologies is looking for a Senior Developer / Architect to lead the technical design and delivery of scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade SaaS platforms. The role combines hands-on software engineering with architecture ownership, technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and multi-tenant SaaS solutions.

• Own technical architecture decisions across frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and platform components.

• Design and develop configurable workflow engines, forms, questionnaires, and risk-scoring systems.

• Design and develop robust REST and GraphQL APIs and third-party integrations.

• Work with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments to build reliable and scalable infrastructure.

• Drive application security, data privacy, scalability, performance, and enterprise compliance.

• Conduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor developers.

• Promote TDD, CI/CD, code quality, documentation, and Agile delivery.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Optimize applications and data access patterns for large-scale enterprise datasets.

• Own the technical roadmap for assigned platform modules.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in a Lead Developer, Technical Lead, or Architect capacity.

• Strong backend development experience in .NET/C# or Java.

• Hands-on experience with React or Angular.

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.

• Experience designing and implementing REST and/or GraphQL APIs.

• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure.

• Strong understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture.

• Strong knowledge of application security, enterprise systems, and software architecture principles.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Good to Have

• Experience in GRC, Cybersecurity, FinTech, RegTech, or related enterprise domains.

• Experience building workflow automation or no-code/low-code platforms.

• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, SSO/SAML, and enterprise compliance frameworks.

• Experience working on large-scale enterprise SaaS applications
