Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.

• Work primarily with Java and Ruby-based systems.

• Contribute to frontend components when required.

• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design.

• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and performance.

• Mentor junior engineers and help drive engineering best practices.

Education / Eligibility

• 8+ years of Mobile development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in Java.

• Good working experience with Ruby.

• Some frontend experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, or similar technologies.

• Strong understanding of backend design, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.

• Experience working with production systems.

• Good debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Elixir.

• Mobile development exposure: Android.

• Experience with Kotlin.

• Cloud and infrastructure experience with AWS.

• Exposure to Kubernetes, containers, and deployment pipelines.

• Experience working in high-scale or data-heavy systems.
