Specialist Software Engineer

Role Summary

Primary focus is an AI-assisted client portal — agent-assisted workflows, document and data pipelines, LLM integrations, and self-service tooling for a distributed, multi-client user base.

The hire will help define the architecture.

Most of this role is new product development while you will also provide modernization inside an existing codebase with live users.

Responsibilities

• Design and build features across the stack — API, data layer, and UI
• Build multi-tenant, client-facing features with strong data isolation
• Modernize existing modules incrementally without disrupting users
• Design and integrate LLM-backed features and agent workflows
• Write and tune PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and migrations
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security controls
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
• Participate in technical planning and architecture discussions
• Work directly with end users to validate what is built

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years professional software development experience (degree not required — equivalent experience counts)
• Strong C# / .NET (8+) and ASP.NET Core Web API
• Strong React with modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid relational database skills — PostgreSQL preferred
• Git-based workflow, code review, and CI/CD experience
• Comfortable in Linux environments and with containers
• Able to read unfamiliar code and reason about business logic from it
• Strong written communication

Preferred Qualifications

Any one or more is a plus; all are not expected.

• Modernizing or replacing a legacy line-of-business application
• Multi-tenant SaaS or client-facing portal architecture
• Workflow automation and business process tooling
• LLM/AI integration — API-based inference, RAG, prompt engineering, agent frameworks
• Python, Node.js, or Next.js
• Identity and access work — SSO, OIDC/SAML, MFA
• Security-conscious development practices
• Small team or startup environments where the candidate owned features end to end

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
