Primary Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Java application within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processes.
• Responsible for involving in the the architecture discussions of Marketo instances to enable campaigns and programs to run efficiently and effectively
• Be the face of the team during onshore hours to Business, Product owners, Architects and other stake holders on technical questions.
• Stay aware of new Marketo and marketing operations developments and make recommendations for strategic improvements to continually optimize and develop the effectiveness of the platform.
• Upskill self in technology.
• Participate and support in Automation initiatives.
• Contribute to application knowledge repository and best practices.
• Communicate efficiently in calls and emails.
• Contribute and give data for Performance testing & metrics.
• Contribute data to Daily & Weekly status reports by leads and seniors.
• Acquire knowledge in business domain and application workflow
• Participate and contribute in RCA.

Must Have Skills

• Above 4-9 years of experience in Marketo automation.
• Strong Marketo Administrative skills
• Modify Marekto Security roles
• Field Management
• SFDC Knowledge and Integration
• Ability to work with the SFDC Tech team
• Portqii Data Synchronization (Bi-Directional)
• Marketo Sales Insight (MSI) Integration
• Custom field requests for fields in SFDC (common request from the business)
• Marketo Launchpoint Integrations
• Enabling API users for integration
• Knowledge of the REST API
• Knowledge of webinar platforms ON24,
• Knowledge of 4Comply
• Integration with AEM DAM
• Knowledge of Branded Domain Setup
• Good communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Problem solving skills and good analytical skills.
• Should be self-driven and motivated.
• Desire to be proactive and work towards implementing new ideas/initiatives in team to bring in efficiency & effectiveness in team.
• Should carry a positive attitude and a good team player.
