Senior Developer - Moveworks

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Moveworks GenAI Chatbot Developer to design, develop, and enhance AI-powered employee support solutions using the Moveworks platform. The role focuses on conversational AI, enterprise knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, ticket resolution, and employee productivity, with responsibility for technical quality and delivery guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement conversational AI experiences and employee-support use cases on the Moveworks platform.

Configure and optimize intents, conversation flows, knowledge retrieval, answers, actions, and escalation paths in line with platform capabilities.

Integrate Moveworks with enterprise systems such as ITSM, HR, identity, collaboration, and knowledge platforms through supported connectors/APIs.

Build automation for common employee requests, service-ticket workflows, status checks, and self-service transactions.

Improve answer quality by analyzing user queries, knowledge coverage, search/retrieval results, and conversation outcomes.

Partner with HR, IT, service-desk, knowledge-management, and application teams to gather requirements and validate use cases.

Design robust exception handling, access controls, data permissions, fallback responses, and human handoffs.

Monitor chatbot performance, adoption, containment/resolution rates, failed intents, and user feedback; recommend improvements.

Lead technical troubleshooting, code/configuration reviews where applicable, release planning, and production issue resolution.

Mentor junior developers and document solution design, configurations, integrations, and operational procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

8+ years of relevant software, enterprise automation, chatbot, or platform development experience, including substantial hands-on Moveworks delivery.

Practical experience building or enhancing Moveworks-based GenAI/conversational employee-support solutions.

Experience integrating enterprise applications, service-management platforms, and knowledge sources.

Understanding of conversational design, retrieval/knowledge quality, workflow automation, authentication, and permissions.

Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder collaboration, documentation, and technical ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow or another ITSM platform, HR service delivery, and enterprise knowledge management.

Experience with APIs, identity platforms, collaboration tools, and analytics for conversational AI.

Experience guiding developers or owning solution delivery from discovery through production.

Pay: ₹530,000.00 - ₹1,880,000.00 per year
