Senior Developer (Oracle E-Business Suite – HCM)

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Developer (Oracle E-Business Suite – HCM) for our client, a multilateral financial institution based in Manila. You will develop and maintain on-premise and cloud applications with a primary focus on Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS, while mentoring other developers and shaping the design of system enhancements.

This is a senior, hands-on role that combines deep Oracle EBS technical delivery with coaching, design review, business user coordination, and documentation ownership.

What You’ll Do

• Design, code, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite applications to established standards.

• Develop forms, reports, database procedures, UNIX shell scripts, workflows, alerts, and integration scripts.

• Translate business requirements into design specifications and conduct design reviews.

• Mentor and coach developers, and lead knowledge sharing on ERP and HCM technical support.

• Modify and enhance existing code for new functionality and performance optimisation.

• Analyse and troubleshoot system issues, and support system integration and user acceptance testing.

• Identify opportunities to reuse solutions across projects and adopt emerging technologies.

• Produce functional and technical documentation and support user training.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 8 years implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite, particularly HRMS (HR, Payroll, Benefits) and Financials (GL, AP, CM, TR, AR).

• At least 6 years of advanced Oracle PL/SQL, including complex SQL scripting.

• Solid experience in Oracle Workflow and Oracle reporting tools (XML Publisher, Reports Builder, HTML reporting).

• Solid experience in data analysis, data integration, and data conversion or migration.

• Familiarity with Oracle relational databases and multi-tiered application concepts.

• Custom application design and development experience, including integration into core Oracle EBS.

• Extensive SDLC knowledge plus familiarity with Agile, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Git.

• Integration experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA, SOAP/REST web services, Python, JavaScript, JSON, XML, or YAML is a plus.

• Duration: One (1) year, subject to extension

• Location: Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City

• Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week

• Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Manila time)
