Responsibilities

• Responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors at the reception desk and directing them to the appropriate department or concerned personnel.
• Manage visitor entry and maintain accurate visitor registers and records.
• Coordinate with the concerned department/office and obtain confirmation before allowing visitors or parents to enter the campus.
• Receive and record admission-related enquiries received through telephone calls and promptly communicate the details to the Admissions Team.
• Attend to day-to-day queries and requests from parents through personal interactions and telephone calls, ensuring timely and courteous assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
• Maintain the Incoming and Outgoing Mail/Post Register and ensure proper documentation and distribution of correspondence.
• Register interview candidates upon arrival and ensure completion of the mandatory forms as per the guidelines and instructions provided by the HR Department.
• Ensure that all front-office registers and records are updated accurately and maintained systematically.
• Provide professional and courteous support to visitors, parents, candidates, and staff while ensuring smooth front-office operations.
