Senior Developer – Technical Analyst / Tech Lead

Mission Overview

We are looking for a Senior Developer – Technical Analyst / Tech Lead to contribute to the design, development and continuous improvement of IT applications within a dynamic and evolving organisation.

You will combine technical analysis, hands-on software development and, where appropriate, technical leadership. Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, you will translate business requirements into robust, secure, scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

You will contribute to the evolution of the application landscape, software integrations and technical migrations, while helping shape a future-oriented IT architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse existing and new IT applications and identify technical improvements.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, designs and solutions.

• Develop, maintain and enhance software applications and IT tools.

• Develop and maintain C# services and API integrations.

• Integrate new software solutions into existing application environments.

• Support and execute technical migrations, including application, domain and infrastructure migrations.

• Improve application performance, security, scalability and maintainability.

• Contribute to the design and evolution of the IT architecture.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers and other IT specialists.

• Contribute to project coordination and technical decision-making.

• Provide technical guidance and coaching to team members where appropriate.

The role may involve digital customer portals, employee self-service platforms for time tracking and HR administration, and integrations with workforce scheduling software.

Required Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.

• Strong experience in technical analysis and software development.

• Excellent knowledge of C# and .NET, including the development and maintenance of services and APIs.

• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Experience integrating applications within an existing IT environment.

• Experience with technical migrations and application architecture.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Team-oriented mindset, with an interest in technical coordination and leadership.

• Experience or a strong interest in business-critical IT applications.

• Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency.

• English: Professional proficiency.

• French: Good working knowledge.
