Senior Developer / Technical Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Drive architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and support capability development within the team.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Prepare technical design documents, HLDs, and LLDs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Support production deployments and provide post-implementation support.
