Required Skills:

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript or a similar language within an e-commerce or comparable setting
• Expertise in JavaScript, React, SQL, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Strong proficiency in full-stack development, including writing intricate, scalable code that integrates front-end and back-end components
• Deep understanding of JavaScript frameworks, particularly React, for creating dynamic user interfaces
• Experience with database management and query optimization using SQL
• Proven ability to code, review, and troubleshoot complex software solutions independently

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in a fast-paced website environment with high traffic volume
• Prior exposure to ecommerce platforms or industries involving online customer engagement
• Familiarity with security best practices and performance optimization in web development

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 6 years of professional experience in full-stack web development with a focus on JavaScript technologies

Other Requirements:

• Onsite presence required five days a week in Midtown, with occasional half-days on Fridays
• Willingness to mentor team members and interface with business stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
