该职位来源于猎聘 负责高功率充电枪产品的全生命周期研发，从需求分析、方案设计到验证测试及量产导入，确保项目按时、高质量交付，并为客户及内部团队提供技术支持。 主要职责 1）负责高功率充电枪产品的端到端开发，遵循公司研发流程。 2）分析客户需求并转化为技术解决方案。 3）使用CATIA进行3D设计、工程图纸及技术文档开发与维护。 4）制定并优化产品设计方案，平衡性能、成本、可制造性及法规要求。 5）规划和执行产品验证测试，确保设计可靠性与质量达标。 支持产品工业化和量产导入。 6）为客户、供应商及跨职能团队提供技术支持和专业指导。 7）参与质量问题分析与持续改进，沉淀技术标准和经验知识。 任职要求 1）本科及以上学历，机械工程、电气工程、机电一体化或相关专业。 2）具备塑料件及金属件设计经验，有大电流连接器开发经验优先。 3）熟悉高功率充电技术、热管理及新能源汽车相关标准者优先。 4）熟练使用CATIA及3D CAD设计工具。 5）了解高功率连接系统中的机械与电气接口设计。 6）具备优秀的沟通表达能力和跨团队协作能力。 About the Role We are looking for an experienced Development Engineer to lead the end-to-end design and development of High Power Charging Gun products. You will drive product innovation from concept to production while ensuring quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1）Lead the full product development cycle of High Power Charging Guns in accordance with internal development processes. 2）Translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions. 3）Create and maintain 3D models, drawings, and engineering documentation using CATIA. 4）Develop and optimize product designs considering performance, manufacturability, cost, assembly, and compliance requirements. Define and execute verification and validation activities to ensure robust product performance. 5）Support industrialization and smooth transition from prototype to mass production. 6）Provide technical expertise to customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

7）Drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and engineering knowledge sharing. Qualifications 1）Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. 2）Proven experience in plastic and metal component design; high-current connector experience is a plus. 3）Knowledge of High Power Charging technologies, thermal management, and EV industry standards is highly preferred. 4）Strong CATIA and 3D CAD design skills. 5）Good understanding of mechanical and electrical interfaces within power connector systems. 6）Excellent communication and presentation skills. 7）Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
