Senior DevOps and Infrastructure Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Senior DevOps and Infrastructure Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the company’s core engineering infrastructure. The ideal candidate will lead DevOps and infrastructure initiatives that improve release quality, strengthen system resilience, and support high-velocity product delivery across distributed teams. This is a highly collaborative position requiring close partnership with engineering stakeholders across regions to elevate technical operations and team performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage DevOps and infrastructure teams to enhance technical infrastructure
• Ensure zero release-related production issues through rigorous CI/CD testing
• Maintain staging servers with 99.9% availability
• Implement resilient systems for 99.99% product uptime
• Accelerate CI/CD pipelines to decrease lead time
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team across regions
• Provide technical guidance and career development for team members

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced multinational IT environment
• 5+ years in DevOps and SRE with high-RPS distributed systems
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills
• Proven ability to build cross-team relationships and manage interfaces
• Hands-on experience developing complex CI/CD pipelines and IaC
• Experience creating secure development environments
• Practical knowledge of large-scale cloud applications, including AWS, Azure, and GCP
