About the Role

Drive enterprise application modernization. Hitachi Digital Services is hiring a Senior DevOps & Platform Engineer in Da Nang to architect, automate, and operate mission-critical container platforms powered by Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Cluster Engineering: Deploy, configure, and manage Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) and Kubernetes clusters across on-premises and hybrid environments.
• CI/CD Automation: Build and optimize continuous integration/deployment pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate platform provisioning, cluster configuration, and operational tasks using Ansible, Bash, and Python.
• Observability & Security: Implement observability and log aggregation (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) and manage enterprise secrets (HashiCorp Vault).
• High Availability & Storage: Maintain disaster recovery procedures, storage solutions (ODF), and optimize runtimes for containerized enterprise Java applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Systems Administration.
• Strong hands-on administration of Red Hat OpenShift (OCP), Kubernetes, and Linux (RHEL).
• Proven experience supporting cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Deep practical knowledge of CI/CD pipeline automation and IaC with Ansible.
• Nice to have: Kubernetes Certifications (CKA / CKAD) or AWS Certifications (SAA / SOA); AWS-to-OpenShift migration experience.
• Solid analytical problem-solving skills and professional English communication.
