About the Role

Lead enterprise cloud modernization. Hitachi Digital Services is hiring a Senior DevOps & Platform Engineer to design, automate, and scale mission-critical container platforms built on Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Cluster & Platform Engineering: Deploy, configure, and administer Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) clusters in on-prem and hybrid environments.
• CI/CD & GitOps Automation: Build and maintain scalable deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, and Helm.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate server provisioning, platform configurations, and operational workflows using Ansible, Bash, and Python.
• Security & Observability: Enforce secrets management (HashiCorp Vault) and configure monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
• High Availability & Storage: Implement backup, disaster recovery, and storage solutions (OpenShift Data Foundation / CephFS) for containerized enterprise Java applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong hands-on administration of Red Hat OpenShift (OCP), Kubernetes, and RHEL.
• Solid operational knowledge of AWS cloud platforms.
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure via Ansible.
• Nice to have: Kubernetes certifications (CKA / CKAD) or AWS certifications (SAA / SOA); AWS-to-OpenShift migration experience.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and professional English communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 90,000,000₫ per month
