Senior DevOps Coach

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Coach

Responsibilities:

• Coach Dev and Ops teams to improve their DevOps maturity, practices and autonomy;
• Support, improve and promote CI/CD tooling and automation practices across teams;
• Follow application maturity levels and help teams define improvement plans;
• Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities;
• Participate in solution studies, technical design decisions and DevOps transformation strategy;
• Act as local manager in Lisbon of a 10+ team, ensuring coordination, team alignment and local relay with Digital Infrastructure management.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, XL Deploy, Argo CD and Ansible;
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes and container platforms;
• Good understanding of Azure cloud services and cloud operating models;
• Python development or scripting capabilities for automation;
• Strong proven ability to coach technical teams and drive DevOps adoption;
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration;
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, platform engineering and infrastructure automation practices;
• English level B2 minimum;
• High autonomy, proactive mindset and strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a financial services or regulated environment;
• Experience of acting as team lead, local manager or technical referent.
