Roles and Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the provisioning, load balancing, dynamic configuration, monitoring and spend optimization of servers and services in the AWS and Azure cloud
• Be the subject matter expert and our evangelist of the DevOps model
• Development, Implementation, Deployment and Troubleshooting playbooks in Ansible Tower
• Setup projects in Open Shift and cluster administration
• Patching and other activities using Ansible and RedHat Satellite
• Responsible for development and operation of our CI/CD pipeline
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test and production environments
• Solve business needs with technology by evaluating different technology options and vendors
• Administrate and architect secure and scalable cloud platforms

Primary Skills

• Experience with Docker(Docker Swarm, Docker Kubernetes, Docker Compose)
• In-depth knowledge with Virtualization and Cloud platforms (VMWare and OpenStack)
• Strong scripting (bash shell, Python) Ansible and automation skills
• Hands-on experience on repositories like GIT, Nexus Artifactory, Maven and SVN
• Hands on with the DevOps tools like Ansible, Salt, Foreman and CI/CD , NewRelic, Graphite, Icinga, Nagios, ELK
• Knowledge with Database such as Percona, Mariadb, Percona and XtraDB Cluster
• Understanding of firewall and network
• Experience with system monitoring tools such as Nagios, OP5
• Experience in Routing, DNS, Load balancing, OpenSwan VPN
• Experience in using RESTful APIs, Automation scripts
• Excellent communication skills
