Where the future of work meets healthcare workers - that’s where you’ll find us! We’re here to make sure vulnerable populations are treated by highly trained and motivated healthcare professionals.
Our mission is to empower caregivers and agencies to provide better care by addressing daily challenges and bridging performance gaps in the workplace. Through our innovative platform, we provide on-line training that aim to improve staff recruitment and retention, save time and money for agencies, and ultimately enhance the quality of care.
We are looking for a senior, hands-on DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer to own and improve our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, reliability, security, and related compliance processes.
This role requires someone experienced enough to take ownership of critical production systems, while still being comfortable building pipelines, writing automation, troubleshooting issues, and handling day-to-day operational work.
You will report to the CTO and development team to improve the security, reliability, automation, and maintainability of our platform.
Here’s what you’ll be focused on:
- Own and improve our AWS infrastructure and production environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, primarily with GitHub Actions.
- Modernize legacy Jenkins and deployment processes.
- Automate infrastructure, IaC, operational, and compliance tasks.
- Manage IAM, access controls, secrets, patching, and infrastructure security.
- Maintain monitoring, alerting, backups, restore testing, and disaster recovery.
- Own the SOC 2 controls, evidence collection, remediation, and audits.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure cost.
- Improve logging, observability, and incident response.
- Troubleshoot production and infrastructure issues.
- Maintain clear infrastructure and operational documentation.
In order to be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:
- At least 5 years in a DevOps/DevSecOps engineering role
- Strong hands-on AWS and Linux experience.
- Strong CI/CD, scripting, and automation experience.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
- Experience with infrastructure as code such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Strong understanding of AWS IAM, networking, security, and secure production access.
- Experience with monitoring, backups, recovery, and production reliability.
- Practical security experience, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or similar frameworks.
- Experience implementing technical controls, not only participating in audits.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership from problems through resolution.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small technology organization.
Nice to have:
- AWS certification such as Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Security Specialty.
- Security certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar.
- SaaS or regulated-industry experience.
- Docker, PostgreSQL, MySQL/Aurora, and Redis experience.
- Experience with security scanning, vulnerability management, or compliance automation.
Experience:
- UI/UX Design: 2+ years (required)
- Figma: 2+ years (required)
- Product Design: 2+ years (preferred)
- Design Systems: 1+ year (preferred)
- Agile Product Development: 1+ year (preferred)
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio will be considered
- Professional portfolio demonstrating successful product design outcomes (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits:

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: Remote
