What they need

Experience:

5 - 8 Years overall, with a minimum of 3 - 4 years of strong hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure roles

Key Requirements / Must-Have Skills:

Minimum 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure roles, with strong AWS experience
Strong hands-on experience with AWS EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, IAM and VPC
Strong Kubernetes/EKS experience, including networking, RBAC, autoscaling, and EKS Auto Mode
Terraform/CloudFormation and Ansible
CI/CD tools Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
Scripting Python and/or Bash
Monitoring/Observability CloudWatch, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK or Prometheus
Database performance troubleshooting – MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB
Production incident management and strong RCA practices
Knowledge of security/compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001
AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification would be an added advantage
Team mentoring/leadership experience is preferred

Shift: Rotational Shift within 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM IST
