Senior DevOps Engineer

What you will work on

• AWS infra (EC2, EKS, LB, etc.) design + ownership
• CI/CD using Jenkins + Argo CD
• Docker + Kubernetes in production
• Terraform for infra automation
• Monitoring with Prometheus + Grafana
• Debugging real production issues (not just dashboards)
• You will work closely with backend engineers to make deployments faster, safer and less painful.

What we expect

• 45+ years in DevOps / SRE / Infra
• Strong AWS + Linux fundamentals
• Hands-on Kubernetes + Docker (not just theoretical)
• Terraform experience
• Solid debugging skills in distributed systems
• Good understanding of networking + security
• You should be comfortable taking ownership and making infra decisions, not just executing tasks.
• Security & domain
• We operate in a Fintech/NBFC setup, so this matters:
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI DSS and secure infra practices
  • Awareness of access control, auditability and compliance
  • AI expectation
  • We expect engineers to use AI to move faster:
    • Comfortable with AI tools like Codex/Kiro/Claude
    • Basic understanding of LLM ecosystems
    • Exposure to platforms like Amazon Bedrock is a plus

Good to have

• Argo CD / GitOps
• Bash or Python scripting
• Experience with microservices
