About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to manage and scale infrastructure automation, on-prem/cloud provisioning, Kubernetes platforms, and CI/CD pipelines. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in infrastructure, automation, and platform reliability, along with the ability to mentor junior/mid-level engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage VM provisioning across ESXi, VMware/vSphere, Nutanix, KVM, and/or Cloud.
• Handle IPAM, subnetting, VLANs, CIDR planning, and network configuration.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters including upgrades, namespaces, RBAC, ingress, and troubleshooting.
• Automate deployments using Helm and Argo CD.
• Design and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines using Declarative/Groovy.
• Manage source control using Azure Repos / Git / GitHub / GitLab.
• Build Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and/or Ansible.
• Implement OPA/Rego policy-as-code and infrastructure governance.
• Work with CMDB/CSDM, monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
• Use Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent monitoring tools.
• Manage secrets using Vault or equivalent solutions.
• Prepare documentation, runbooks, and support knowledge sharing.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and collaborate with Application, Security, and Network teams.

Required Skills

✅ 4+ years of DevOps/Infrastructure experience

✅ 3+ years in Senior/Lead capacity

✅ VMware/ESXi/vSphere or equivalent hypervisors

✅ Kubernetes – EKS/AKS/On-Prem

✅ Jenkins & CI/CD

✅ Terraform / Ansible

• ServiceNow / ITSM / CMDB exposure
