Senior Devops Engineer

About the Role

You'll own and evolve our CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and reliability practices, enabling engineering teams to ship faster and safer. You'll also mentor junior engineers and drive DevOps best practices across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps)
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Run and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads (Docker, Helm, EKS/AKS/GKE)
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
• Drive SRE practices: SLOs, incident response, root cause analysis, on-call rotation
• Embed security into pipelines (DevSecOps): secrets management, vulnerability scanning, IAM, compliance
• Optimize cloud costs, performance, and availability
• Mentor team members and review infrastructure designs

Required Skills

• 10+ years in DevOps/SRE/infrastructure roles
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud (AWS preferred)
• Expert in Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or Go)
• Solid Linux administration and networking fundamentals
• Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux)
