Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer (W2 Only)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to automate software development and deployment processes, manage CI/CD pipelines, and improve application delivery, scalability, and reliability. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in DevOps automation, containerization, infrastructure as code, scripting, and deployment management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering, focusing on automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
• Experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes for application deployment and orchestration.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation tools.
• Proficiency in Linux administration and scripting using Python, Bash, or Shell.
• Experience automating application builds, deployments, release processes, and environment configurations.
• Strong knowledge of Git version control, branching strategies, and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting build failures, deployment issues, and application environment problems.
• Understanding of DevOps best practices, configuration management, version control, and automated testing integration.
• Ability to collaborate with development and QA teams to improve deployment efficiency and release quality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory or Nexus.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, secrets management, and automated security scanning.
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools for deployment and application troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
