Senior Devops Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Sr Devops Engineer to manage and support Linux-based high-performance computing environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SLURM, SUSE Linux, Ansible automation, infrastructure migrations, and enterprise storage and identity management.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot SLURM-based HPC clusters and EDA computing environments.
• Plan and execute compute, storage, and datacenter infrastructure migrations.
• Manage SLES 12/15 systems, Linux OS images, and bare-metal provisioning.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and automation workflows.
• Support VMware vSphere, NetApp storage, NFS, and enterprise authentication services.
• Integrate Linux systems with SSSD, LDAP, Active Directory, NIS, and related identity platforms.
• Troubleshoot production issues, support monitoring and logging, and maintain technical documentation.
• Prepare MOPs, implementation plans, and operational runbooks while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Linux Systems Engineering, HPC, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with SLURM and HPC/EDA or scientific computing environments.
• Strong Ansible, Bash, Python, and Linux troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SLES, infrastructure provisioning, and datacenter migrations.
• Knowledge of enterprise storage, identity management, Git, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• RackN / Digital Rebar Provision and Kiwi NG.
• VMware vSphere / ESXi and NetApp storage.
• Artifactory, Splunk, Zabbix, and semiconductor or EDA industry experience.
