They are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their Investment, Advisory & Trading Platforms team in Warsaw. This is an opportunity to modernise cloud infrastructure, automate deployment processes, and improve platform reliability for applications that directly impact financial advisors and their clients.

Position Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a central role in operating and modernising platforms that support wealth management services. You will focus on cloud adoption, infrastructure automation, and platform reliability while enabling development teams to deliver software efficiently. Your work will directly contribute to the stability and scalability of client-facing applications, ensuring secure and repeatable deployment processes across hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform across cloud and hybrid environments

• Manage cloud-native platforms leveraging Microsoft Azure services and Azure Kubernetes Service

• Deploy and support containerised workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm

• Create and maintain highly automated CI/CD pipelines for secure application delivery

• Reduce manual operational processes through deployment automation initiatives

• Support hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments

• Architect platform observability, monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards

• Improve production stability through proactive monitoring, incident response, and root-cause analysis

• Maintain secrets management, certificate management, and secure engineering controls

• Establish platform engineering best practices with development, architecture, security, and infrastructure teams

• Troubleshoot networking, connectivity, and infrastructure performance across distributed environments

• Coordinate complex releases involving multiple applications, teams, and dependencies

• Develop operational runbooks, disaster recovery procedures, and platform documentation

• Contribute to cloud modernisation, automation, and platform standardisation initiatives

• Identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity and delivery velocity through automation

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in DevOps engineering and cloud infrastructure

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure services and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

• Strong proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code implementation

• Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm for container orchestration

• Proven track record designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with platform observability, monitoring, and alerting solutions

• Strong understanding of secrets management and certificate management practices

• Knowledge of networking design, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation

• Experience managing hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure

• Ability to coordinate complex releases across multiple teams and environments

• Strong collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams

• Experience developing operational documentation and disaster recovery procedures
