Senior DevOps Engineer Lead

We are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer Lead for a project in Almada (hybrid). Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field; - Proven experience as a DevOps Tech Lead, leading and mentoring DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering teams; - Technical leadership skills, including architectural decisions, backlog management, sprint planning and definition of best practices; - Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation; - Hands-on experience with AKS, Helm charts, JFrog Artifactory and pipeline scripting; - Knowledge of SonarQube, code reviews and Jira integration; - Experience with build and deployment processes for Spring Boot and Angular applications; - Experience automating release processes and database migrations (Cosmos DB, Apache Cassandra); - Knowledge of Terraform, Azure Bicep, Liquibase or Flyway is a plus; - Familiarity with AI-driven CI/CD automation and vulnerability scanning is valued; - Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; - Advanced level of English (minimum B2).
