Description & Requirements Who we are looking for Senior DevOps Engineer / SRE We're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer / SRE Lead who thrives at the intersection of software engineering, automation, and platform reliability. In this role, you'll help shape how enterprise applications are built, tested, deployed, and operated, ensuring they remain scalable, resilient, and highly available.

What we're looking for ✔ 5+ years of experience in software engineering , DevOps , SRE , or platform engineering roles

✔ Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle ( SDLC )

✔ Hands-on experience building automated testing frameworks and quality engineering practices

✔ Experience with Site Reliability Engineering and operating production systems

✔ Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and release automation

✔ Experience improving system reliability, scalability, resilience, and performance

✔ Knowledge of incident management, problem management, and operational excellence practices

✔ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to have ⭐ Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

⭐ Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes ⭐ Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible

⭐ Familiarity with observability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, or Dynatrace

⭐ Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and DevSecOps environments

Your future role ✅ Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade technology solutions

✅ Drive software delivery across the entire software development lifecycle, from design through production support

✅ Build and enhance automated testing frameworks to improve quality and accelerate releases

✅ Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines that support continuous integration and delivery

✅ Apply Site Reliability Engineering ( SRE ) practices to improve system availability, scalability, and performance

✅ Define and monitor service reliability metrics, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets

✅ Champion observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance analysis

✅ Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Collaborate with development, operations, infrastructure, and security teams to streamline software delivery

✅ Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices across teams
