Are you a Senior DevOps / SRE Engineer with experience in regulated environments (banking/finance) and a passion for continuous learning? We are looking for a hands-on engineer to help build and maintain a core AI & Data platform for a top international bank!

You will focus on automation, operational stability, release governance, and CI/CD enablement, ensuring that Data Scientists and Developers can seamlessly build, run, and scale Analytics, ML, and GenAI solutions.

💼 What you will do:

• CI/CD & Automation: Build, maintain, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions .
• Release & Change Governance: Manage production deployments, environment readiness, risk assessments, and rollback plans within formal release frameworks.
• Site Reliability (SRE): Reduce manual toil, improve system reliability, and write operational runbooks using monitoring and observability controls.
• Production Operations: Troubleshoot production issues, coordinate releases, and manage change/incident workflows via ServiceNow .

🎯 What we are looking for:

• Regulated Industry Experience: Proven track record in financial services or another highly regulated environment with strict change controls.
• DevOps / SRE Expertise: Strong background in deployment automation, operational support, and production safety.
• CI/CD Mastery: Solid hands-on experience designing workflows with GitHub Actions .
• Cloud & Observability: Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and GCP Observability (or equivalent cloud platforms).
• Process Discipline: Familiarity with ServiceNow (change, incident, and problem management).

🌟 Nice-to-Haves:

• Kubernetes experience with deployment via Helm or ArgoCD .
• Familiarity with Data & AI platform tooling: Apache Airflow, MinIO, Terraform .
• GCP Certification.
