Senior DevSecOps Developer

Are you passionate about building secure, scalable, and automated delivery platforms? We're looking for a Senior DevSecOps Developer to join a high-performing global team and play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade DevSecOps solutions.

Your role and responsabilities:

✅ Design and develop DevSecOps components and services

✅ Build secure, automated CI/CD pipelines with embedded security and quality gates

✅ Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent)

✅ Drive GitOps practices, deployment automation, and release management

✅ Integrate security scanning, secrets management, and compliance controls into the SDLC

✅ Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement lasting solutions

✅ Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership initiatives

What We're Looking For

🔹 Strong experience with CI/CD engineering and automation

🔹 Kubernetes and cloud platform expertise

🔹 Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)

🔹 Experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, vulnerability management, and DevSecOps best practices

🔹 Knowledge of observability, platform tooling, configuration management, and policy-as-code

🔹 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

🏆 Cloud and platform certifications

🏆 Experience working in large enterprise environments

🏆 Exposure to global delivery models and cross-functional teams
