Your New Role

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a key role in strengthening security capabilities across a diverse portfolio of digital products. Working as part of a small, highly capable security team, you'll combine hands-on engineering with advisory responsibilities, partnering closely with technology teams to embed security into every stage of the software development lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive DevSecOps and security automation initiatives.
• Embed security controls into cloud and software delivery pipelines.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve security posture across multiple products.
• Conduct security reviews and provide risk-based recommendations.
• Support security operations, incident response and vulnerability management activities.
• Identify, prioritise and escalate security risks where required.
• Contribute to cloud security architecture and engineering best practices.
• Act as a trusted security advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Need

• Strong experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Security or Security Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies including Defender, Sentinel and Entra ID.
• Strong AWS security experience, with Azure exposure also highly regarded.
• Experience with cloud security and vulnerability management platforms such as Wiz.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code and modern cloud-native environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to balance security requirements with business and delivery outcomes.
• Experience working across multiple teams, products or business units.
