This role plays a key part in delivering innovative marketing initiatives and enhancing our digital platforms across the MoneyBack App and Web. Acting as the bridge between business and technology teams, you will help shape customer journeys, drive engagement, and support the growth of our O+O (Offline + Online) business through effective digital solutions and project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering and solution design to UAT and launch
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for loyalty, digital, and O+O initiatives
• Partner closely with business and technical teams to deliver customer-focused digital solutions
• Coordinate stakeholders and project timelines to ensure smooth and timely execution
• Monitor platform performance, production issues, and customer service cases to enhance user experience
• Support online business operations, including CMS updates, promotions, product management, and inventory monitoring
• Drive continuous platform enhancements using a scientific and data-driven approach
• Improve the customer journey across the MoneyBack App, Web, and offline touchpoints through collaboration

What You’ll Bring

• Solid experience in mobile apps, online business operations, digital platforms, or digital marketing
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, customer journeys, and digital commerce trends
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering seamless experiences
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams
• Experience leveraging data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
• Hands-on experience in app management and online business operations
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
