Senior Digital Loyalty Executive

Salary: c.£30,000 - £35,000 Contract: Permanent Location: Remote Closing date: 2 November Benefits: 26 days annual leave (rising with service) & option to buy more, generous pension contributions (matched 4% or 6%), HolidayPlus scheme, enhanced family leave, employee discounts, health cash plan, and more We are delighted to be working with Barnardo’s to recruit a Senior Digital Loyalty Executive, an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading children's charities and play a key role in delivering digital marketing and loyalty campaigns that drive income, customer engagement and long-term supporter value.

As part of this exciting role, you will lead on the planning, delivery and optimisation of digital loyalty campaigns across email and SMS channels, supporting both fundraising and retail objectives. You will manage customer and supporter journeys through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, develop automated lifecycle communications, analyse campaign performance and use data-driven insights to improve engagement, retention and income generation. Working collaboratively across fundraising, retail, data and digital teams, you will help deliver innovative digital experiences that maximise lifetime value and support Barnardo's ambitious growth plans.

To be successful as the Senior Digital Loyalty Executive, you will need:

• Significant digital and email marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering successful fundraising or marketing campaigns.
• Experience using email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Dotdigital or similar, alongside strong digital marketing knowledge.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use performance data and insights to optimise campaigns and make strategic recommendations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
