Senior Digital Marketer (E-commerce Focus)

We are looking for a performance-driven Senior Digital Marketer with strong expertise in scaling e-commerce brands.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in digital marketing

(Performance marketing with paid Meta Ads & Google Ads is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

* Manage and scale monthly ad budgets with strong ROI focus

* Handle end-to-end e-commerce ad strategy (traffic → conversion → retention)

* Work on Shopify ecosystem including checkout flow optimization

* Improve website performance (landing pages, CRO, user journey)

* Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools

* Provide actionable insights and data-backed decisions

* Collaborate with creative and influencer teams by giving clear creative direction

* Ideate UGC video concepts and guide execution with influencer team

* Identify winning creatives and suggest new variations based on performance

* Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and winning strategies

* Build and optimize different funnel strategies based on what is working

Requirements:

* Proven experience in running high-budget ad campaigns

* Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads (mandatory)

* Prior experience in e-commerce marketing (must)

* Good understanding of Shopify and conversion funnels

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Added Advantage:

* Experience in running campaigns for EdTech brands

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
