Role Description The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end digital marketing strategy for D2C clients, including campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across channels such as paid social, email, and web. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will oversee performance marketing initiatives, manage budgets, monitor key metrics like ROAS, conversion rate, and LTV, and use data insights to drive continuous improvement. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with creative and content teams, conducting A/B tests, managing funnels and landing pages, and aligning campaigns with client revenue goals. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, maintaining client communication, and contributing to the refinement of the agency’s POEE framework.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience in planning and executing integrated campaigns for D2C or ecommerce brands.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Social Media Marketing, particularly managing performance-focused campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and other paid social channels.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Web Analytics, including the ability to interpret data, track user behavior, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, with a track record of building and scaling customer acquisition funnels that improve conversion and retention.
• Relevant qualifications include several years of experience in digital marketing management, preferably in an agency or high-growth ecommerce environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple client accounts.
• Experience with CRO tools, email marketing platforms, and A/B testing, as well as familiarity with D2C growth strategies, is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in digital marketing leadership.
