Digital Marketing Manager | Solihull | £45,000–£50,000 DOE
How often does a marketer get a real budget, a founder who genuinely believes in marketing, and a blank page to build on?
My client is a fast-growing consumer start-up with a premium product, an ambitious international customer base, and a brand that’s just been rebuilt from the ground up. Its growth comes from digital. Now it needs its first dedicated marketing lead to take the next step.
This is a standalone role. You won’t be inheriting a team or a playbook. You’ll set the direction and do the work, with a founder who’s fully behind you and wants marketing to be the engine of the business.
What you’ll own

Paid media
— hands-on management of Google, Meta and YouTube. You’ll run a big paid budget, the kind most marketers at this level never get to touch, with a clear focus on ROI, conversion and revenue.

Ecommerce and the customer journey
— you’ll make the website convert and own the path from first click to checkout.

Email and CRM
— campaigns that nurture prospects, convert enquiries and bring customers back again and again.

Influencers and partnerships
— finding, negotiating and managing creators and affiliates, and holding them to results.

Brand and content
— finishing the new brand identity and directing the photographers and videographers behind every campaign.

Activations and events
— bringing the brand to life in person, in the UK and internationally.

Who you are

An experienced digital marketer with strong hands-on paid media skills. You know Google Ads and Meta inside out, and that part is essential.

Consumer and ecommerce minded. You know what makes people click, buy and come back.

Commercial and data-led. You turn spend into revenue and can prove it.

Someone who’d rather build than maintain. Start-up energy suits you, and you’re happy working independently.

A bonus if you’ve worked with premium or luxury consumer brands, but it isn’t essential.

The details

£45,000–£50,000 depending on experience

Office-based in Solihull, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours

25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, and your birthday off

Pension, plus private medical cover after probation

Real influence in a founder-led business that’s growing fast

If you’ve been waiting for the chance to own marketing properly, with the budget and backing to do it well, this is it.
