The Role: Senior Digital Media Executive (Performance)

Who we’re looking For :

We are looking for a performance-driven Senior Digital Media Executive to join our hybrid Performance/ Planning team.  This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in digital campaign execution, optimisation and reporting who are looking to broaden their exposure to media strategy and planning.

Working closely with managers, clients, media partners and internal teams, you will play an active role in delivering effective media campaigns while contributing data-driven insights and recommendations to support business growth and campaign performance.

**What You'll Do :**Campaign Execution & Optimisation

• Manage campaign setup, implementation, QA and monitoring across digital media platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, DV360 and other digital channels.
• Monitor campaign pacing, budgets and performance to ensure campaign objectives are achieved.
• Conduct ongoing campaign optimisation based on audience performance, conversion data and business KPIs.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and work with internal teams, platform partners and vendors to resolve them efficiently.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Prepare campaign reports, performance dashboards and post-campaign analyses.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support performance forecasting, benchmark analysis and campaign reviews.

Media Planning & Client Support

• Support managers in developing media recommendations and campaign strategies.
• Assist in preparing media plans, campaign rationale and client presentations.
• Work closely with media owners, platform partners and vendors to evaluate opportunities and obtain competitive proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and execution.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in digital media, performance marketing or campaign activation.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, DV360 or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimisation, reporting and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with conversion metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate and website analytics.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in eCommerce, customer acquisition and ROI optimisation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
